Nucleic acid quantification
Our lab loves our DS-11, that we got another DS-11 plus. We have neighboring labs that regularly use our device and prefer the DeNovix cuvette reader over their machines. There are so many features built into 1 device. The instrument also comes in handy when determining sample purity.

Antibody quantification
I have used the DS-11 FX+ model and found it to be an excellent instrument. It's very easy to operate, and the software is highly intuitive. The antibody concentration measurements were consistent and reliable. I also performed a serial dilution experiment with BSA and obtained convincing results with excellent linearity. I’ve also used it to calculate P/F ratios for fluorescent labeled antibodies with great success. Overall, I’m very happy with the product.
