It's always a very easy process to get DNA library designs going with Twist. We reached out and set up a meeting within a week, and shortly after had a follow-up to discuss our designs and the useful library design tool they provided. The costs are better than any of the alternatives we explored, and we received the libraries a little earlier than projected. The one hiccup we had was that 2 of the 3 libraries were missing a couple sequences due to a communication error at Twist (an old version of a library design document was sent to the construction team), but when we contacted them about this they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. We've ordered a few additional libraries since then, and have had no problems.
