"Although the dual syringe pumps are easy to use, we have frequently had problems tracking volume when delivering high volumes in constant flow. When contacted, they indicated they had never heard of this problem. We had 7 dual syringe pumps in our lab and at one point or another each of them had this issue. I sincerely doubt we are the only ones dealing with this."

The new 65D syringe pump provides precise, predictable flow and pressure control at flow rates from sub-microliter to 25 ml/min.

Exceptional low-flow stability at up to 20,000 psi makes this the ideal pump for high pressure applications from deep well core analysis to multi-dimensional capillary LC using small-bore packed capillary columns.

The D-series controller has a keypad and LCD, as well as built-in and optional interfaces for computer control and other devices. Programming is easy and flexible, with instant access to menu screens even when the pump is running. This allows you to change operating parameters on the fly. An optional extension cable lets you locate the controller up to 50 feet from the pump.

The 65D pump module has a single-ratio drive train with auto-lubricating gears for long life and low maintenance. Special fittings are used to prevent leaks and ensure safety at maximum pressure. Wetted materials are compatible with most aqueous and organic liquids, corrosive solutions, heated fluids, liquefied gases, viscous fluids, or slurries and pastes.


65D Syringe Pump Features:

  • 65D pump has 1/4" F-250 fittings for secure high-pressure connections.
  • Rugged single-ratio drive train has auto-lubricating gears to assure long life and low maintenance.
  • Each Isco D-Series syringe pump is bench tested at the factory. All pumps are CE compliant and certified to UL 3101 and EN 61010-1 standards.
  • Exclusive "Smart Key" controller. All Isco D-series pumps use the same controller that can operate any three pump modules, either independently or together.
  • RS-232 serial interface for computer control or monitoring of operating parameters.
  • Redundant safety is designed in. All D-Series pumps have mechanical and electrical fail-safes, in addition to the factory default or user-set limits.
  • Corrosion resistance. Nitronic 50 - the standard material for cylinders, pistons, and caps - is an austenitic stainless steel with outstanding strength and corrosion resistance.
  • Standard seals are heavy-duty, graphite-impregnated Teflon, providing very long life under harsh operating conditions.
