Clear low profile 0.1 ml polypropylene wells, a purple rigid polycarbonate frame, and a cut corner at H1.
This plate combines the advantages of thin-walled polypropylene wells for maximum heat transfer with a rigid polycarbonate frame to increase the thermal stability of the plate during the PCR process. The polypropylene wells are the perfect material for PCR, as they are both inert and non-wetting, meaning RNA, DNA and enzymes cannot bind, and the polycarbonate frame eliminates warping due to its thermal stability, meaning that seal the remains unbroken - preventing sample evaporation.
