T cell activation requires three signals, including TCR/CD3 and MHC molecule antigen peptide complex, co-stimulatory signals, and cytokines. Enceed™ T cell activation reagent provides the first and second signals, gently activates T cells, and is easy to use. After 48 hours of activation, Enceed™ has a better activation effect than competing products, and the cell expansion multiples are higher after culture.
Memory T cells have stronger proliferation and immune memory maintenance capabilities than effector T cells, among which memory stem T cells (TSCM) and central memory T cells (TCM) have the greatest potential. Therefore, a higher proportion of memory T cells in the final CAR-T cell product may improve clinical efficacy.
