W-View Gemini from Hamamatsu Photonics is an image splitting optics which provides for simultaneous dual-wavelength imaging with a single camera allowing users to perform high speed ratiometric imaging, co-localisation and other dual–wavelength fluorescence applications.
Simultaneous dual-wavelength imaging devices have typically been time-consuming to setup in the past but the new W-View Gemini’s symmetric design and high quality optics make operation extremely easy and fast.
Since every experimental question is different the W-View Gemini is compatible with commercially-available filters for the highest wavelength flexibility. It guarantees excellent native transmittance in the range of 400nm to 800nm and allows the easy correction of wavelength dependent focus shift and zoom matching.
