Very reliable assay!
Gene expression
I have been using Taqman probe sets to detect expression of more than a hundred genes, they all gave me reliable result. The Taqman assay is very easy to use, just mix it with your cDNA template and 2x master mix and all the probe sets are optimized at the same anneal temperature. I would definitely recommend it to others.
