SEC columns for (U)HPLC: YMC-Pack Diol

YMC provides silica-based SEC phases with a dihydroxypropyl modification in 4 different pore sizes. By using ultra-pure silica, the non-specific secondary interactions are minimized and therefore provide excellent reproducibility. YMC-Pack Diol columns are suitable for a wide range of applications from peptides to very large proteins, antibodies and oligosaccharides to polysaccharides as a result of the available pore sizes from 6 to 30 nm (60 – 300 Å). 2 µm particles are available for UHPLC separations.
