C13534-11 is designed to measure the instantaneous absolute value of emission quantum yieldusing the photoluminescence method. (300 nm to 950 nm). Additionally, easily extended functions using newly designed options allows measurements to be made in the near-infrared up to 1650 nm, at high sensitivity (evaluation of low quantum yield), and of upconverted emissions.

Great instrument. Hard to service.
Characterization and QC of fluorescent reagents
Extremely simple to use, versatile, accurate and reliable. They got a lot of things right. The only complaint would be the need to send the unit back to Japan for service. It would be perfect if Hamamatsu had the capability to field-service this instrument.
