PURASPIN® is designed for small scale filtration experiments and the development of new filtration applications. It allows efficient and cost-effective depth filtration on a small scale of up to 20 mL. PURASPIN® consists of a 50 mL centrifuge tube and an insert containing a depth filter sheet. Filtrations can be performed by centrifugation or vacuum. The test kit contains 5 different filter sheet grades (4 pcs. each) for coarse, fine, clarifying and sterile filtration. In addtion, a detailed description of the filtration procedure is included.
