Good liquid handler, once set up properly

A liquid handler that works once set up. Software not very easy to use or intuitive, but not an issue after training. Does require someone with experience in liquid handling to set it up correctly. Once set up, works like a charm. Consumables are somewhat expensive, service could be improved. Servicing or repairing a pipetting head takes several months, so you have serious downtime.

The CyBio Felix functions great for bead dispension and transfer and for sample transfer. The ability to control aspiration to dispense speed allows us to dispense viscous & acqueous solutions. The small footprint fits well into our automation dock.
