Human breath samples can contain up to 1000 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) originating from environmental sources and the body’s own metabolic processes. VOCs on breath are a rich source of biological information with relevance for early disease detection, drug development, precision medicine and treatment monitoring across a wide range of contexts. Breath Biopsy® provides comprehensive solutions for the collection and analysis of compounds on breath.

The Breath Biopsy Collection Station provides the tools you need to collect non-invasive, reproducible breath VOC samples using Breath Biopsy. The Station includes the ReCIVA® Breath Sampler for sample collection, the CASPER™ Portable Air Supply to exclude background contaminants from samples and a laptop with the Breath Biopsy Collect software that allows you to operate ReCIVA and that provides visual feedback on sampling progress.

Breath Biopsy Collection Stations have been deployed in over 100 locations worldwide for research applications including respiratory diseases, liver diseases, cancer and environmental exposures.
