16 Jun 2015Ethyl glucuronide (EtG) and ethyl sulfate (EtS) are conjugated ethanol metabolites formed in low amounts in the body following alcohol consumption. This application note demonstrates cleaner extracts and lower LOD’s/LOQ’s can be achieved in the analysis of EtG and EtS using the Selectra® ETG HPLC column with UCT’s FASt® ETG SPE cartridge.
