The 1260 Infinity II LC System is a robust HPLC that offers the widest choice of modules for analytical HPLC and entry-level UHPLC, delivering the performance, reliability, and robustness you need for highest confidence in your daily results.
The 1260 Infinity II Bio-Inert Pump is a quaternary UHPLC pump that is made of bio-inert material for use in biological and extreme pH applications. This pump enables gradient formation and solvent blending from up to four solvents and operates at pressures up to 600 bar and flow rates up to 10 mL/min.
The 1290 Infinity II Diode Array Detector (DAD) delivers multiple wavelength detection with full spectra at sampling rates up to 240 Hz for ultrafast UHPLC separations. The Max-Light cartridge cell features optofluidic waveguides, which improve light transmission to near 100% efficiency without sacrificing resolution caused by cell dispersions effects.
The 1260 Infinity II Preparative Autosampler is designed for automated sample handling in routine purification applications. This flow-through vialsampler supports preparative flow rates of 200 mL/min and 600 bar pressure. Increase your daily throughput of purified sample by injecting up to 132 preparative samples with a maximum of 3.6 mL volume.
The 1260 Infinity III Quaternary Pump is a gradient pump that uses low-pressure mixing for UHPLC gradient formation and solvent blending from up to four solvents. This pump operates at pressures up to 600 bar and flow rates up to 10 mL/min.
The 1260 Infinity II Bio-Inert LC is a dedicated solution for analysis of large biomolecules in biological samples, including monoclonal antibody (mAb) and protein analysis. Metal-free components in the sample flow path and the absence of iron and steel in solvent delivery lines ensure the integrity of your biomolecules, minimize unwanted surface interactions, and increase column lifetime.
The DNA kits are ideal for automated sizing and quantitation of PCR fragments, restriction digests or fragmented DNA.

No. 430499) Special base design allows vials to be locked into cryogenic rack and tray (Cat. No. 430525 or 431131) for single-hande…
Conversion of cartridge-based methods to an automation friendly 96-well format has never been easier or faster. The same trusted silica-based sorbents in Bond Elut cartridge products are now available in the streamlined Bond Elut 96-well plates. Bond Elut 96 components are specially formulated to offer superior cleanliness, flow reproducibility, and reliability.
Bond Elut PRS is a strong cation-exchange sorbent that is also relatively high in polarity. With no appreciable degree of hydrophobicity, in nonpolar solvents, PRS is capable of polar and hydrogen bonding interactions. Due to the very low pKa of PRS, it is recommended for weaker cationic species, such as pyridinium compounds.
Agilent has what you need for precise, effective, sample delivery from your GC autosampler.
Agilent’s Ultra Inert Inlet Liners prevent adsorption and ensure accurate sample transfer onto the GC column through a robust deactivated surface. These liners are recommended for trace level analysis of active analytes. Liners with inert wool retain non-volatiles, prolonging column life and lowering frequency of MS source maintenance.
Agilent offers a complete line of liners for your Agilent GC splitless inlet. Agilent’s proprietary deactivation is important for splitless liners because of the longer sample/liner contact in splitless mode.
Autosampler and Manual Syringes For exacting measurement, transport and delivery of liquids necessary for sample preparation and injection, specify Agilents full suite of manual and autosampler syringes. Designed for accuracy, reliability and ease of use, Agilent syringes enhance productivity and performance through every step of your sample processing.
A revolution in vial crimping and decapping Agilents new ergonomic manual crimpers and decappers remove the pain and discomfort of wrist strain with a lightweight, tailored design. Weighing 25-30% less than predecessors and eliminating sore, pinched hands, the new design dramatically improves user experience. Extensively tested with Agilent vials for optimal fit, and color-coded for ease of use, this tool is a necessity for…
The Agilent Gas Clean Filter System delivers clean gases, reducing the risks of column damage, sensitivity loss, and instrument downtime. Inserting a Gas Clean Filter System in the gas line immediately before the instrument inlet greatly reduces the level of impurities, thus improving trace analysis.
Agilent offers a comprehensive selection of ferrules made of different materials and configurations for a a leak-free connection between the column and injector. Graphite-Vespel ferrules can withstand temperatures as high as 350 °C.
HTS and HTC PAL Vials and Caps To better serve Agilent instrument users who choose CTC Analytics autosamplers for high-throughput and flexible sample introduction, Agilent has partnered with CTC to provide a fully integrated system, including CTC-approved vials and caps for HTS and HTC PAL.
Many of Agilent’s manual syringes have color-coded barrels to facilitate volume selection while making life in the lab more colorful. For fast, easy identification, each denomination (0.5 µL to 50 mL) features a distinct color boldly embossed on the glass barrel.
