"Overall, it is a nice instrument. It fits our needs for drug development and CMC tests. Using the Malvern Zetasizer to measure the particles in drug products is a company-wide accepted method (international big pharma). It is reliable, reproducible, and easy to use. The functions are comprehensive and easy enough to use. The marketing services are good enough."
