Environmental Sample Analysis
The speed of the amplification is one of the main reasons we use this technology. Assay development can be challenging especially when trying to multiplex. Knowing the design differences between PCR and RPA is key if you are considering this product. In addition, RPA isn't as susceptible to inhibition, which has allowed us to have successful amplification without the need for sample extraction, even in complex matrices like feces and serum.

Rapid detection of RNA viruses
