Elga DI with Veolia service is a great combo
Dispense filtered DI water
We require DI water for so many applications, of course, we want to be confident that our water is never a source of contamination or causing irregularities. Our Elga Purelab Flex 3 does the job well but we may need to scale up to a larger volume capacity soon. Regardless, since we have a service contract with Veolia, I was pleasantly surprised that they reached out to us after the initial PM service in order to schedule our 6 mo follow-up. Normally this is something I would need to put on my calendar to remind myself to schedule it, but Kunal from Veolia initiated the service visit seemingly out of the blue (but right on time!) saving me a lot of regret and time. He was quick and great to work with, and very gracious to me even though I caused some minor service delays. I hope to work with him again in the future!
