Overall a great product and company!

Average Rating 4.3

Application Area:

Provides deionized water for lab use at sinks and analyzers

The compact size of our Medica units has been ideal for best use of lab space. There is not a lot of noise or alarming and we've had both of our units for 5 years now. Support and service is very personalized and customized to our location. I will say the one drawback to that is when one service person knows our site so well, when they are on another assignment or vacation it can be difficult to find a knowledgeable support person in urgent situations.
