Faulty Halo Dispenser not worth the money

Purchased the Chorus II with a halo dispenser. The dispenser malfunctioned one year after installation and dispensed all of the water from the unit onto the floor of the laboratory. The part was replaced under warranty, and one year after the new dispenser was installed, it malfunctioned and dispensed all of the water from the unit onto the floor of the laboratory.
