Prometheus Panta uses dye-free, buffer-independent measurements from nanoDSF (nano Differential Scanning Fluorimetry), DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering), SLS (static light scattering) and backreflection technologies to create high-resolution stability profiles of your samples. Prometheus Panta measures thermal unfolding, particle sizing, and aggregation simultaneously, throughout an entire thermal ramp for high-quality, domain-specific stability characterization of biologics and other protein products. To do this it uses nanoDSF, DLS, SLS, and backreflection technologies in parallel to give you a full picture of your candidate’s stability.
