The Prometheus NT.Plex measures thermal unfolding and turbidity in parallel using near-UV detection systems. With nanoDSF and backreflection technologies, researchers can make better decisions about the stability of their protein formulations while using small volumes of sample. Great for researchers doing HTP screening of small molecule thermal-shift assays, buffer formulations, or mutational analysis. The RA (robotic arm) enables you to prepare four 384-well plates (1536 samples) to be automatically measured by the system. With the NT.RA, improve your throughput without sacrificing data quality.
