"Easy platform to use and order complex oligopool for downstream FISH probe generation. So far, every oligopool have been working and yield is reasonable. The fast turnaroud time is important for scientific work and it is also very easy to talk to their customer service support for anything regarding the order."

"TWIST's platform is super simple, their DNA synthesis tech has best-in-class error rates, and cheapest pricing. Turnaround time is sometimes a day or two slower than competitors, but as the error rate is so low we save time overall."

Uniform oligo pool

"We ordered the 150mer oligo pool coding for a peptide library, to be used in a binding screen. The oligo pool was highly uniform, which turned out to be very valuable for our screening pipeline. We were able to avoid over and underrepresented peptides, and retrieve ~97% designed peptides in our screen."
