- miRNA Spike-in kit to be used in conjunction with the miRNA Complete Labeling and Hybridization Kit P/N 5190-0456
- The Spike-ins and corresponding array probes are designed using Drosophila sequences
- The miRNA Spike-in kit can be utilized with all Agilent catalog miRNA microarray designs as well as miRNA custom designs
- To get the additional QC metrics associated with the use of the spike-ins, Feature Extraction version 10.7 or greater, must be utilized
