Using Mx3005P for multiplexing
We tested this thermal cycler for our multiplex qPCR applications. The handling was very easy especially the software. The passage through the programming was self-explaining. The performance of the multiplex was excellent, even with four different fluorescence dyes. Outstanding price for the performance rate.
