"Great option for researchers collecting longitudinal samples from clinical trials as the sample storage solution allows for shipment and batch processing. Particularly useful for difficult cell types like neutrophils or infected cells that are otherwise challenging to sequence. After sales support has been excellent and we now have a convenient pipeline for future trials."

"One of the technical limitations of single-cell technology is the need to use live and viable cells. Currently, cells preservation methods are a source of artifacts that cannot be removed at data analysis. Basically, they induce gene expression changes, especially stress and apoptotic genes.
