"The instrument is quite strong and durable. repeatability in accordance with the acceptance criteria. The instrument is suitable for pesticide analysis at a LOQ of 0.005 mg/kg. When compared to other brands, the instrument performs admirably. The software that comes with the instrument is very flexible, giving you more options for integrating peaks. The final results view is also excellent, allowing you to easily access any data. The data is also kept securely so that no one can tamper with it."

"Equipment works well. I got a lot of service assistance. The equipment is stable and the operating parameters are maintained for quite a long time. The source does not get dirty as quickly as in older versions and equipments of competing companies. They are equipped with solutions that save gases and electricity consumption. The software, which is very complex, leaves to be desired, and not all functions and parameters are needed for routine analyzes. There are too many options where the user can get confused. And the manual itself does not meet the needs of all user industries."
