"The Fluidity One-W is an easy to use machine. Pipetting 5 ul of sample on a microfluidic chip is the only thing to do. The advantage of being able to use labelled proteins is that it allows sizing of target proteins in complex solutions and therefore asses binding between proteins. I was able to measure a binding curve in solution within a day. Furthermore, the machine is able to measure low nanomolar concentrations of labelled protein. Currently, the only drawback is the upper limit of the measurable hydrodynamic radius of 20 nm. The service is great and immediate help was promoted in case of malfunctioning."
