Very user-friendly and cost-effective 3D cell culture platform!

"I have been using the Kuraray round-bottom plates for almost one year and I'm particularly impressed about how easy is to obtain homogeneous 3D spheroids of defined dimension. These plates are compatible with standard laboratory instrumentation such as luminometers and inverted microscopes to directly perform cell-based assays and bioluminescence/fluorescence (even confocal) imaging. The possibility to produce multiple spheroids per well allows us to increase the robustness of 3D cell-based assays. In addition, spheroid can be easily harvested by gentle pipetting making Elplasia round bottom plates a very versatile platform to upgrade conventional cell-research to 3D models."

Its gives me the size of Spheroid that I want. It's well made and a quality product.

"I have only used this product in a single experiment. I think it's a very nice product. And my results from assay analyses were reproducible. However, for me to compare with other products, it will require me trying repeating similar experiment with others to justify my assumption. So far, it's one of the best 3D culture plates out there compared to those I have used in the past."
