Easy to use, quick and repeatable kit.
Rating: 5.0

  • Application Area: Plant ploidiy analysis with flow cytometry

"We tried several other options for grass ploidy and genome size analysis including buffers and reagents made in our lab; but the results were not always acceptable. We decided to give this kit a try - it is quick, easy to use and our results (histogram CV-s) were pretty good and repeatable. I'll stick to this kit."
