A liquid handler that works once set up. Software not very easy to use or intuitive, but not an issue after training. Does require someone with experience in liquid handling to set it up correctly. Once set up, works like a charm. Consumables are somewhat expensive, service could be improved. Servicing or repairing a pipetting head takes several months, so you have serious downtime.

Magnetic bead dispensing + cell transfer
The CyBio Felix functions great for bead dispension and transfer and for sample transfer. The ability to control aspiration to dispense speed allows us to dispense viscous & acqueous solutions. The small footprint fits well into our automation dock.

CyBio FeliX is a flexible and compact liquid handling platform for single to multichannel pipetting on the smallest footprint of 650 x 450 mm. The CyBio FeliX meets the market demand for advanced, medium-to high-throughput robotics within the liquid handling community. The high-precision parallel transfer in 96 or 384 well format is complemented by pipetting in single wells, as well as pipetting into columns and rows.
With configurable accessories and interchangeable pipetting heads and tools for 1- to 384-channel pipetting, CyBio FeliX can process even more laborious tasks like plate replication, creating reaction set-ups for PCR and Next Gen Sequencing, ELISA and serial dilution.
