Easy to use and reliable, reproducible results so far. Being used for manufacturing batch coated ELISA plate washing as preparation for post-coating. Has been in use for 7 months. Very easy to use and maintain. Have had it for few years and it works great every time. They changed buffer bottles to better ones. The old bottles were breaking easily. Very good product worth the money.

BioTek has been the gold standard for plate washers in my experience. It is easy to use, maintain and clean and has many options and adjustments to customize for any assay and plate. Field service engineers are very knowledgeable and helpful and know how to help people set the plate washer up and keep it operating optimally.

ELISA plate washing - exclusively
The 405™ TS Microplate Washer works well in our lab where it is used exclusively for 96 well microplate washing (ELISA). It has requires little maintenance, but sometimes generates error codes that we can fix without calling service. Needed one service call from the manufacturer in the first two years.

Efficient, time saver, great accurate and reproducible results!
cytokines measurements in human serum by multiplex assays and ELISAs
This instrument is very user friendly. Easy to set-up protocols. I use it for washing my 96-well plates when performing multiplex assays and ELISAs. Results are reproducible as the protocols are very accurate. It's got a magnetic carrier if you need it for magnetic multiplex assays. This instrument saves me so much time, so I can actually stagger my assays and run several plates the same day. I love the touch screen. I will never go back to manual washes because of lack of accuracy, reproducibility, and time consumption. I highly recommend this instrument!

A must have for every lab
ELISA assays
This instrument has made a difference is achieving reproducible results for our ELISA assays. Washing plates by hand is not an ideal way to get results, especially when doing a big screen. It is easy to use, fast and reliable. Would love to get more of these.
