Qness 250 / 750 / 3000 EVO
Universal macro hardness tester for Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, and Knoop testing across a wide force range (up to 3000 kg). Features an 8-position tool changer, redeveloped in-house optics, dynamic height adjustment, and QpixControl2/QpixT2 software with IoT connectivity.
The Qness 250/750/3000 EVO series is QATM's universal macro hardness tester family, covering Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, and Knoop methods. The fixed component support and extra-large test table allow hardness testing of even the largest components. In the ""E"" version, the test head is dynamically controlled by an integrated asynchronous motor with dynamic height adjustment; test pieces clamping up to 3,500 kg can be securely clamped, with a maximum test height of 510 mm. The sophisticated 8-position tool changer provides space for up to 4 indenters and 4 lenses, enabling fast method changeover, while three-sided closed downholder elements guarantee secure workpiece clamping.
The optics system was completely redeveloped and built in QATM's own cleanroom, with one universal microscope system covering visual ranges from 0.1 mm to 8 mm with uniform illumination free of dark edges. XLED illumination modules provide precise, repeatable Brinell indentation measurements regardless of material. High-quality 5 MP CMOS Ethernet cameras enable stable image transfer and remote PC placement for industrial environments. All QATM testers with QpixControl2/QpixT2 software integrate into the Verder Scientific IoT platform; Qconnect provides Industry 4.0 connectivity (Q-DAS, LIMS, OPC-UA, SAP, etc.).
