The PLW20 offers the ability to automatically load and unload up to 20 standard well plates onto a Prior motorised stage; ideal for high throughput systems requiring rapid imaging of large numbers of samples.
A barcode reader is available to safeguard data integrity and ensure correct linkage between well plates and their respective images, and sensors ensure that loading of samples is safe and accurate. Fully compatible with the ProScan® control system, the PLW20 can be easily integrated into the overall imaging process. For inverted microscope users using slides, Prior also produces a well plate sixed slide holder, allowing the Well Plate loader to load slides (up to 80) as well as well plates. A compact design minimises the space taken up by the PLW20.
