The service is very good. We usually receive products in 2-4days. The website for ordering Primers/Oligonucleotides could be made more user-friendly. Especially at the step when we type in the sequences and it's time to review, it is not user-friendly. Also, tracking the orders is sometimes difficult since we don't see the list of primers/oligos within an order
