Mesenchymal Stem Cell Differentiation Media
Mesenchymal Stem Cell Differentiation Medium is a serum-free medium containing all supplements to effectively inducing the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into mesenchymal lineages.
Stem cells can differentiate into new cell types, with differentiation triggered by various factors in vivo and replicated in vitro in stem cell cultures. Stem cells can be cultured in vitro like any other cell lines with the right qualified media, reagents, and conditions, including directed differentiation media. Stem cell differentiation media is a serum-free, xeno-free, and fully defined in composition media, and contains the supplements necessary to promote differentiation into lineage-specific cells.
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) require differentiation media to differentiate into a variety of lineage cells, including adipocytes, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, and neuronal lineages. Once MSCs have been cultured to confluency, the growth media is replaced with differentiation media which allows the MSCs to fully differentiate for further cell growth and culture analysis.
