immunoGrade™ — High Binding Capability

BRANDplates^® immunoGrade™ plates are optimized for the immobilization of IgG. They offer the highest binding capacity for molecules with mixed hydrophobic and hydrophilic regions. An excellent choice for the majority of standard ELISAs, and also suitable for solid phase immunoassays.

hydroGrade™ — Hydrophilic Surface

BRANDplates^® hydroGrade™ plates feature a strongly hydrophilic surface, with a strong affinity to hydrophilic molecules, such as glycoproteins and peptides, antibodies with predominantly hydrophilic regions, and nucleic acids. They are an alternative to the immunoGrade™ plates for homogeneous assays with hydrophobic molecules that remain in solution.

lipoGrade™ — Hydrophobic Surface

BRANDplates^® lipoGrade™ plates feature a strongly hydrophobic/lipophilic surface, for the immobilization of biomolecules with strongly hydrophobic regions. They are an alternative to the immunoGrade™ plates for solid phase assays, and are a choice for homogeneous assays with hydrophilic molecules that remain in solution.

BRAND 96, 384, 1536-well polystyrene and polypropylene microtitration plates are excellent for cell and tissue culture, sample storage, immunological assays, and other applications. BrandTech Plates have 96, 384 and 1536 wells and are available with 330µL or 400µL well volumes. They are fully compatible with most standard plate readers and washers. Both sterile and non-sterile BRAND plates are available with rounded, V-shaped, or flat well bottoms to meet the needs of most applications.Sterile, treated plates with hydrophilic surfaces are also available. Design features of the BRAND 96, 384 and 1536-well microplates help reduce evaporation and contamination. Raised rings around wells simplify sealing with adhesive films and mats. The BVC family of fluid aspiration systems is a compact and easy-to-use solution for cell culture work. With its portable design as well as the option of adding a second hand controller, the BVC makes working in the lab more convenient. Built-in features like a 0.2 µm hydrophobic filter and optional quick couplings increase safety while managing potentially harmful fluids. BVCs provide the flexibility to accommodate your decontamination protocol whether you autoclave or disinfect in the bottle. New line of standard and low-profile PCR plates for improved PCR efficiency. Improve PCR efficiency with a new line of PCR plates manufactured with the best raw materials using the latest in production technologies. Standard and low profile PCR plates in clear and white are suitable for use in most thermal cyclers. These new plates combine extra-thin and uniform wall thickness with a rigid upper PP deck for easy handling by robotic equipment and optimal heat transfer into each well. BRAND UV-Cuvettes

The BRANDplates Insert System, co-developed with the Fraunhofer Society, offers an innovative expansion of the BRAND cell culture product line. The new Insert system consists of 24-well standard and 6-well specialized plates and strips of hanging cell culture inserts for applications such as co-culture, migration/invasion assays, or the automated in vitro preparation of human tissues (3D cell culture). Unique features such as insert guide grooves and side feeding ports ensure insert stability and prevent tissue or cell disruption during media changes, especially with pipetting robots.
