The ANP System is a unique, comprehensive & flexible microfluidic system for process optimization of nanoparticles for vaccine & drug development. Simple to set up and featuring walk-away automation, it enables both low volume process development & continuous production of liters of LNP samples for your most promising formulations - running 15 experiments in under 20 minutes. It also allows the user complete flexibility over Total Flow Rate, Flow Rate Ratio, and optional in-line dilution between experiments within a single automated run. Between runs, the system can be configured with the full range of Particle Works reusable glass microfluidic chips, depending on what best suits your application and particle specification.

The ANP System is designed to speed up and automate your process development and initial production of larger samples of lipid nanoparticle with a select number of promising formulations while decreasing consumption of costly reagents. Built around our reusable and robust microfluidic chips which allow controlled convergence of fluids within the pathway, you can reproducibly and reliably generate particles for a broad range of applications from 40 nm to 800 nm with ease.

Simple to set up and featuring walk-away automation, the System can run 15 experiments in less than 20 minutes, allowing parallelization of tasks and significantly reducing development costs and timeframes. Its flexibility means you can, tailor it to the user’s individual needs for flexible multi-sample and multi-protocol capability, changing critical parameters easily - defining collection parameters and volumes between 250 uL – 8 ml.

The system allows you to vary both total flow rate and flow rate ratio between experiments within a single automated run, automatically running multiple experiments from a single reagent loading step. Then, when you find an ideal formulation, you can progress to continuous mode to produce 10s of litres per day. And with all Particle Works platforms, you can seamlessly transfer between stages using the same process technology and microfluidic chips.
