Beautiful peaks and separation.
Analyze water soluble vitamins
I bought this column to use for a USP method. I had to change flow rate because the column was much shorter than the hplc column size called for on the method. All I had to do basically is change the flow rate and the run was beautiful with beautiful peak symmetry and consistent retention time. Plate count and system suitability works every time.
