ZEISS ZEN Correlative Array Tomography: Understanding Huntington's Disease

This video shows the assembly of a 3D dataset with ZEN Correlative Array Tomography. The dataset shows a Z-stack of macrophages expressing the protein huntingtin, macrophages are used as a model system for the investigation of the Huntington’s disease.
