The cell culture market is growing alongside advances in biotechnology. In large-scale cell culture, continuous observation and control are essential for stable and reliable results.

Introducing Celloger® Stack — a technology designed to observe multi-layer cell cultures directly inside an incubator.

Celloger Stack enables effective observation of a wide range of multi-layer cell culture vessels using automated optical technology. The system provides continuous monitoring, automatically capturing multi-position cell images over time and building a comprehensive dataset of cell culture activity.

Designed for direct use inside an incubator, Celloger Stack reduces contamination risks while maintaining a stable culture environment. Its anti-condensation design ensures clear, long-term observation, improving both operational efficiency and culture quality control.

Celloger Stack uses LED-based imaging to capture cell images from the bottom layer of multi-layer plates. A motorized camera scans multiple positions within a defined area and records images on a scheduled timeline.

Autofocus functionality ensures consistently sharp images, which can be easily converted into one-click time-lapse videos. This allows for continuous tracking of cell growth and enables intuitive assessment of cell proliferation and optimal harvest timing.

The system is integrated with a stabilised tray to minimise vibration during cultivation. Each unit operates independently inside an incubator, making it suitable for efficient use even in limited spaces.

For large-scale operations, a centralized monitoring system allows unified management of multiple devices simultaneously.

Celloger Stack sets a new standard for multi-layer live cell imaging inside the incubator — delivering automated monitoring, improved consistency, and enhanced visibility across the entire culture process.
