Simultaneous Analysis of 15 Water-Soluble Vitamins in Beverages and Dietary Supplements with Multi-Mode ODS Column using LC-MS/MS

1 Jul 2015

Recent years have seen a market growth of vitamin enriched-products, requiring manufactuers to manage and analyze their products to adhere to regulatory bodies and in order to accurately state nutrient function claims. This scientific poster explores the method development for the analysis of 15 water-soluble vitamins using multi-mode ODS column without the addition of ion pair reagent, which is known to cause a decrease in sensitivity. Water-soluble vitamins were determined by LC-MS/MS using NexeraUHPLC system coupled to a Shimadzu LCMS-8040 Triple Quadrupole Liquid Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer.
