PhyTip® Normal Phase Columns for Enrichment of Glycans

13 Feb 2013

Advances in high-resolution separation methods such as HPLC and CE are a good solution for identification, quantification and profiling of glycans. Though these analytical tools are excellent separation methods, the detection of glycans poses a challenge because of the lack of a natural chromophore. Labeling strategies circumvent this problem by providing a simple and efficient tagging procedure. Recent advances in sample cleanup using PhyTip columns containing normal phase resin allow users to reproducibly process samples in a high-throughput fashion.

PhyTip® Columns and MiniPrep PhyTip® Columns

Biotage

PhyTip® columns are the gold standard for high-throughput, small-scale purification of proteins, antibodies, plasmids, and viral vectors. By integrating advanced chromatography directly into a pipette tip, PhyTip® columns eliminate manual bottlenecks and deliver high quality purification with true "walk-away" automation.
