20 Sept 2011This application note shows how the mutually exclusive technologies of core-shell particles and UHPLC can be combined in a simple, short, small particle column with the use of high surface area porous silica material. This can provide good peak shapes with high resolution, high efficiency and lower pressures than traditional UHPLC. Both 400bar and 1000bar UHPLC systems can be used.
