Improving Protein Sequence Coverage and Identification of Modification Sites via Top/Middle-Down Fragmentation and Ion-mobility Time-of-flight Mass Spectrometry

3 Jun 2015

This application note demonstrates the use of developed UNIFI workflow in top/middle-down analysis to characterize Trastuzumad (Tmab) sub-units on a Xevo G2-XS quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer. It also simplifies the terminal sequence confirmation of protein analysis using ion mobility separation (IMS) of the product ions.
