High Throughput Spatially Resolved Peptide Identification using Hydrogel Digestion and Electro-Elution

This poster presents an approach for in situ digestion and peptide extraction using a gel permeated with trypsin and the subsequent electro-elution of peptides allowing for more rapid and facile identification.
