21 May 2014This poster demonstrates a simple dilute-and-shoot quantitative method of 21 opiates, metabolites and common glucuronides by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), without the limitation of time-consuming hydrolysis. This method provides broad drug coverage, fast turn-around time and compares favorable to hydrolysis analysis.
