Analysis of Human IgG using Automated Digestion Coupled Directly to LCMS-8050

This application note describes quantification of human IgG using an automated online trypsin digestion platform coupled directly to LCMS-8050 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. The method includes use of the new Novilytic Noviplex cards for quick and easy plasma collection.
