Incorporating CaptureSelect™ affinity reagents from Thermo Fisher Scientific, the kits provide robust, reproducible assays for both broad serotype coverage and AAV9-specific quantification.

The Protein A and Protein G Quantification Kits extend the Amperia™ Protein Quantification System for streamlined measurement of antibodies across subclasses and species. Using Fc capture with an inverse-occupancy format, the kits deliver reproducible titres directly from crude or clarified samples, with up to 320 tests per kit.
