The recovery kit is super easy to use, just follow the guidance. One thing it seems not very controllable is that the recovery concentration of the sample is high depending on the gel slides that you cut. that means if you cut bigger pieces, the concentration will be lower. however, I think it's experiment-dependent results. After-sale care is good. Value for money is almost worthful. If can apply more options or bundles, will be better.

It worked when others didn't!
gel extraction
I got this test kit for FREE from the Zymo website after trying and failing to extract my PCR product many times from gels with DIY methods (glass wool/cotton in tubes) and other kits. It worked on the first shot, took all of 30 minutes (15m of heating/waiting). I will definitely use this / buy in the future when I use up the 10 extractions in the sample.

So straightforward and accurate. Like Nanodrop but with rad numbers instead of random numbers! I have the demo right now and only issue was they forgot to send tubes, but then sent right away when I asked.
