Application Area: High & low molecular weight heparin
"The columns are easy to use but take care when doing so. Loss of resolution on the low molecular weight region (column bench 3000 + 2000) occurs very quickly, especially in mobile phase sodium phosphate. Ammonium acetate buffered at pH 6 so they are more stable. It seems like some particular stationary phase batches are more stable and reproducible than others. These columns have never been cheap."
